We are a small mom & pop shop. We will be running a soft opening during the months of October & November and will return in full force in the spring. All our recipes are authentic and all our ingredients are fresh and organic. We believe that the most important ingredient in food is love and good energy; We promise that our meals will be healthy and full of love, just like meals should be.
We plan to cater to the villages that have been left behind in the technological boom, with no delivery or restaurants around, From Yola decided to take that problem and present a solution for it. We will cook and bring it home for you.
We will begin with Harstine Island, but plan to expand to all the surrounding rural areas soon. Our business model is simple, we have 1 meal every week, cooked and delivered on Thursdays. You, have to reserve your meal by Tuesday night and by Thursday afternoon, your Lunch will be at your doorstep.
Simple enough!

To make sure the food is always fresh, you can only reserve your meal ahead of time.
Reservations are available from Saturday to Tuesday of every week. Meal available on Thursday.

ABOUT YOLA
Growing up in small village in Southern Lebanon, Yola was her mom's assistant in the kitchen. She grew up learning how to cook the authentic meals that her mom learned from her grandma and her grandma from her mom and so on.
After Yola moved to America, she decided to share the family treasures of ancient recipes with everyone who loves food.
With over 35 years of experience in the Mediterranean cuisine, Yola promises to deliver the best quality meals you can imagine. If the eyes are the gates to the soul, the stomach is the gate to the heart.

OUR KITCHEN
All our foods are freshly prepared and cooked at the state of the art, commercially licensed kitchen of MTA. With the newest equipment and the highly clean cooking environment. You can enjoy the food we prepare knowing that it was cooked up to the highest food safety standers. None of our food is prepared outside of MTA Licensed kitchens and all of our ingredients are organic and fresh.
Because every little detail matters, we chose MTA to be our kitchen of choice.
